FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions about TurnKeyAMZ

Q. What can you do for my company’s Amazon business?

A: We can manage your entire Vendor operation, recover shortages, eliminate chargebacks, and much, much more- so you can focus on growth.

Q. What sets you apart from other Amazon consultancies?

A: Some of our most unique traits our clients love are that we only work in Vendor Central, and we’re laser focused on operations. Unlike many of our competitors, we’re not a digital advertising agency that manages Amazon on the side, and we’re not a “jack of all trades, master of none” style all-inclusive “Amazon Agency” that charges exorbitant fees to manage your ads, detail pages, promos, and operations (usually prioritized in that order). Vendor Central ops is all we’ve ever done, and it’s all we’ll ever do.

Q. My Vendor code has been deactivated/I’ve received an Andon cord notification. Can you help?

A: Absolutely. Although we’re normally a retainer-based consultancy, we are usually able to help with individual issues like this on a one-time basis for a fee, or as part of the onboarding process if you wish to place your accounts under our management.

Q. What will you need from my team to get up and running?

A: Because every company and brand is unique, we draw up a complete launch plan for all new clients before we ask them to sign any agreements or make any commitments. Typically, that plan includes a 1-hour call with whoever is currently managing your Amazon business, a 1-hour call with your operations or fulfillment team, and a good point of contact on both teams for us to reach out to with any questions.

Q. How quickly can you get started?

A: Our onboarding process usually takes about 2 weeks from contract signing to our first day of full account management. If you have an urgent issue (sudden extreme sales growth, Andon cord pulled, Vendor account deactivation) we can work with you to fast track our timeline.

Q. What are your rates/rate structures?

A: We charge a flat minimum monthly fee, and are paid above that based upon our performance. For example, one of our most common fee structures is based on a percentage of dollars recovered in shortages & chargebacks, so we only get paid more when your business makes more.
